To secure a booking we require a 50% deposit with the balance payable on the day of arrival

Cancellation policy:

(please note no refund of deposit for reservations during Dec and Jan)
Cancellation before due arrival:
  • 1 month or less - no refund of deposit
  • 2 - 3 months - 50% of deposit refundable
  • More than 3 months - 80% of deposit refundable
